Pulsar Power Solutions Limited (PPS) is a consultancy business that provides advice in relation to technical and regulation problems faced by the electricity and related sectors. We work for regulators and utilities, as well collaborating with other consultants on a range of assignments.

Founded by Richard Fairbairn, the business builds on experience of working in both established and emerging markets, including Great Britain, Ireland, Oman, Singapore, and countries in the former Eastern Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.
Richard was Director of Technical Regulation and then a Senior Technical Advisor at the Authority for Electricity Regulation, Oman for over 10 years, and was a member of the team that established the Commission for Electricity Regulation in Ireland in 1999.
With a depth of experience in finding solutions to a range of problems, PPS also collaborates with specialists and leading consultancy businesses to deliver solutions for our clients.
